Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a BitaLeaf account or using the BitaLeaf clinic management platform, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the clinic you represent.

2. The service

BitaLeaf provides software for managing patient records, prescriptions, appointments, billing, and WhatsApp-based reminders for clinics, with a free trial and paid plans described at checkout.

3. Accounts and responsibility for data

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. As the clinic, you remain the owner and controller of all patient data you enter into BitaLeaf; BitaLeaf acts only as a data processor acting on your instructions.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use BitaLeaf to store or transmit unlawful content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other clinics' data, or to interfere with the operation of the platform.

5. Billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed as described at signup. You can cancel at any time from your account settings — there are no lock-in contracts or cancellation penalties. Your data remains available for export for 30 days after cancellation.

6. Intellectual property

The BitaLeaf platform, including its design, code and trademarks, is owned by BitaLeaf. These terms do not transfer any ownership of the platform to you; your patient and clinic data remains yours.

7. Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, BitaLeaf is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law, with notice where reasonably possible.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of BitaLeaf after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
